Research Interest
Dr. Jain’s research interests focus on novel therapies for atrial fibrillation including newer mapping systems and ablation techniques including the region’s largest cryoballoon experience. He is the site PI for the NIH PCORI AF cohort within the PaTH network. He oversees an atrial fibrillation ablation database from which newer techniques and predictors of response and complications are continually being evaluated.
Clinical Interest
Clinical cardiac electrophysiology with a focus on therapies for atrial fibrillation including device based therapies, catheter ablation and left atrial appendage closure. He serves as director of the Center for Atrial Fibrillation which provides a multidisciplinary approach to management including a comprehensive educational component for patients with a wide array of treatment options including medical therapy and rhythm control with catheter and surgical based approaches.
