Applications

Applicants for fellowship training in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine (including those interested in the Translational and PITT-NIH Fellowships) must submit all materials through ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service). Applicants for fellowship training in either Pulmonary Transplantation, or Sleep Medicine must download an application

• Application for Pulmonary Transplant Fellowship
• Application for Sleep Medicine Fellowship

All applicants must submit.

• Completed application
• Three letters of recommendation
• A reference letter from your Residency Program Director or Department Chairman
• Copies of all National Board, FLEX, and USMLE scores

After receiving all documents, applicant files are reviewed by the Fellowship Committee. Interviews are arranged in Pittsburgh for those applicants we feel can benefit from the goals of our training programs. Interview days are selected to maximize the applicants' exposure to all aspects of our program. Special interview days can be arranged by request.
