Bio

Dr. Jin obtained her MD from Beijing Medical University (Peking University Medical Health Center) and Ph.D. from Rutgers, the state University of New Jersey.  She completed her post-doctoral training at NIH and internal medicine residency training from University of Rochester/RGH, followed by Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine fellowship at University of Pittsburgh.  She joined the faculty of PACCM at UPMC in 2006.

Clinical Interests

Dr. Jin’s clinical interests are: critical care medicine, ARDS and acute lung injury. 

Academic and Research Interests

Dr. Jin’s research interests include acute lung injury using the hyperoxia model.
Her recent studies focused on the role of lipid rafts and CCN family protein on hyperoxia induced lung injury.
