The LRSA software
Differentially Expressed Genes in
IH Differentially Expressed Genes in
SH
In this paper, we have studied
temporal effects of intermittent- and sustained hypoxia on rat
lungs using gene expression data. In order to analyze these data, we
have developed the LRSA software for estimating differentially
expressed genes and discovering their temporal expression patterns in
the time-series data. The software is available to use here. You can
also find lists of genes that are differentially expressed in either IH or SH.
