November CME Course to Focus on Liver, IBD & Upper GI Procedures

The Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition will hold its ninth annual fall physician education course on Thursday evening and Friday, November 12 & 13, 2009 at The University Club on the University of Pittsburgh campus in the Oakland section of Pittsburgh. GI Rounds Online

PancreasFest

The PancreasFest 2009 program was an outstanding success, with pancreas subspecialists, clinicians, researchers and trainees converging in Pittsburgh, PA to discuss the state of pancreas disease diagnosis and treatment advancements. More than 150 professionals were in attendance throughout this program, and the University of Pittsburgh appreciates the generous support from the NIDDK, Eli Lilly and Solvay Pharmaceuticals, which made this program possible.
