Admissions

Eligibility: Applicants for the General Internal Medicine Fellowship in Hospital Medicine Program must be board-eligible or board-certified in internal medicine by the time of entry into the fellowship program.

Application requirements: Physicians who wish to apply for a fellowship should submit the following:

• Application.
• Curriculum vitae.
• Three letters of support, one of which should be from the applicant's department head or a representative designated by the department head.
