Dr. Bigi has practiced medicine for over 10 years. She spent 7 years practicing in Pittsburgh, then worked at the Emory Clinic in Atlanta, Georgia, and now practices again at the University of Pittsburgh. She sees patients from the ages of 14 to 100 years. She is particularly interested in helping patients adjust their lifestyle to achieve better health.
