Profile
C. Bernie Good, MD, MPH, is a recognized leader in drug safety. He is the chair of the Medical Advisory Panel for Pharmacy Benefits Management for the Department of Veterans Affairs, a panel that oversees drug benefits for the VA nationally. He is also the Co-Director of the VA Center for Medication Safety and a member of the FDA Drug Oversight Board. He is interested in medication safety, variation in prescribing, and cost-effective presribing. Dr. Good is a core faculty member of the Center for Health Equity Research and Promotion at the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System.
