Profile
Dr. Tulsky joined the faculty in 1997. As program director of the UPMC Shadyside Internal Medicine Residency Program, he played a major role in the integration with the Oakland-based program. He is also director of the International Scholars Program, a track within the residency program to train international medical graduates for academic careers. Dr. Tulsky helped develop a U.S.-modeled residency program in Sapporo, Japan, and visits there frequently to teach.
