Clinical Interest
My clinical interest is focused primarily on lung transplantation, namely taking care of patients both before and after lung transplant.I spend the majority of my time rotating on the inpatient lung transplant service, seeing patients in clinic, and serving as the attending in the bronchoscopy suite.

My time in the bronchoscopy suite is particularly rewarding. I have always enjoyed bronchoscopy throughout my career. I am now certified to perform electromagnetic navigational bronchoscopies as well.
Educational Interest
I have been directly involved in teaching Pulmonary/CCM fellows on the inpatient lung transplant service and in the bronchoscopy suite. I also have had medical students rotate through my weekly clinic. I have found this particularly rewarding. I do love to teach and greatly value the time I spend teaching fellows and medical students.

I have also given presentations to the transplant team about transplant related topics ie Antibody Mediated Rejection as well as EBV viremia.
